Items Lost in Transit
By placing an order with Innorexa, you agree to our stated shipping timeframes. Most orders are delivered within the estimated period. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or courier issues.
If your order exceeds the displayed delivery timeframe by 10 business days, please contact us and we will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund.
Returns

Lost or Stolen Packages
Innorexa is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
